Limited Warranty
Gooloo warrants to the original consumer purchaser that the Gooloo product will be free from defects in workmanship and material under normal consumer use during the applicable warranty period identified in the 'Warranty Period' section below, subject to the exclusions set forth below.

This warranty statement sets forth Gooloo's total and exclusive warranty obligation. We will not assume, nor authorize any person to assume for us, any other liability in connection with the sale of our products.

Warranty Period
The warranty period for Gooloo products is 12+12* (*exclusive to email subscriber) months. In each case, the warranty period is measured starting on the date of purchase by the original consumer purchaser. The sales receipt from the first consumer purchase, or other reasonable documentary proof, is required in order to establish the start date of the warranty period.

Exchange
Gooloo will replace (at Gooloo's expense) any Gooloo product that fails to operate during the applicable warranty period due to defect in workmanship or material. A replacement product assumes the remaining warranty of the original product.

If during the Warranty Period you submit a claim to Gooloo in accordance with this warranty, Gooloo will, at its option:

(i) replace the Gooloo Product with a replacement product of the same model (or with your consent a product that has the same or substantially similar features as the original product – e.g., a different model with the same features, or the same model in a different color).

(ii) exchange the Gooloo Product for a refund of your purchase price.

Limited to Original Consumer Buyer
The warranty on Gooloo's product is limited to the original consumer purchaser and is not transferable to any subsequent owner.

Exclusions

Gooloo's warranty does not apply to:

·Misused, abused, modified, damaged by accident, or used for anything other than normal consumer use as authorized in Gooloo's current product literature.
·Attempted repair by anyone other than an authorized facility.
·Any product purchased through an online auction house.

Refund

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days to request a return after receiving your item. We don't charge any refund fees. Returns sent by post are at your own cost (quality problem is not included).

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us  If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
Your refund will be approved within 1-2 days after receiving and checking your return, and you will be automatically refunded through the original payment method. Keep in mind that your bank or credit card company may also take some time to process and mail the refund.

2. How safe is the GOOLOO Jump Starter?

This unit includes 8 protection features, including over-current protection, overload protection, over-voltage protection, and overcharge protection, making it extremely safe to use.

No. You can jump start your vehicle in three easy steps. First, connect the jumper cable, then connect the positive and negative poles of the car battery, and last but not least start the car.

6. What battery does the GOOLOO Jump Starter use?

This unit uses a lightweight lithium polymer battery.

7. What are the recommended operating and storage temperatures?

The GOOLOO Jump Starter includes a lithium polymer battery built for operating and storage temperatures of -20°C to 60°C (-4°F to 140°F). If the ambient temperature is above 60°C (140°F), the internal cell construction of the lithium polymer battery may be damaged, causing it to swell and become unsafe. Do not store the device in a vehicle parked in hot weather for long periods of time.

8. Why are the green and red light on the jumper cable blinking?

The jumper cable features a smart Over-Start Protection function. If you start the vehicle more than 4 times in 2 minutes, the jumper cable will turn on Over-Start Protection: The green and red light will start to blink and the battery clamps will have no output. When you disconnect the jumper cable plug from the jumper starter, the smart Over-Start Protection will reset.

9. How do I know if this unit is correctly connected to the vehicle?

The indicator on the jumper cable will show a steady green light when the battery clamps are correctly connected to the vehicle battery. If a steady red light comes on and the unit is beeping, the connection needs to be reversed.

10. Can this unit charge other devices while it is being charged?

Yes.

11. Can this unit charge other devices while starting a vehicle?

No.

12. How often should my unit be recharged?

We recommend to recharge the GOOLOO Jump Starter every 3 months.

13. Why does my unit shut off after 30 seconds when charging other devices?

The GOOLOO Jump Starter will not charge devices that draw only a weak load current. This includes products like the iPhone 6, headphones, and many smart watches. This unit has a minimum load current of 200mA and will automatically turn off after 30 seconds if the load current is lower.
