Main Features
1) SF series band type roasting ovens; hazelnuts, almonds, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, peanuts, pistachios, cashews, etc. It is ideal for roasting or drying nuts at desired temperatures and times.
2) Since it uses electricity in heating; gas installation, chimney, etc. hardware is not needed. Therefore, the investment cost is low and it can be moved because it has wheels.
3) AISI304 quality stainless steel structure provides hygienic production and long operating life.
4) It has PID temperature control equipment that provides precise temperature control (±2 ºC).
5) Fast and homogeneous roasting is achieved thanks to 2 independent temperature adjustable cabinets and strong air circulation.
6) Thanks to the numerical adjustment of the roasting temperature, belt speed and product thickness values, it is ensured that the desired color and aroma are obtained with standard roasting every time.
7) Thanks to the glass doors and interior lighting, it is possible to monitor the roasting process in the oven.
8) It can be produced with or without a cooling cabinet upon request.
9) Thanks to its compact design, it does not take up much space.
