Our factory spans approximately 3,000 square meters and is situated in Binh Phuoc Province, known as the capital of Vietnamese cashew nuts. All cashew kernels processed at the factory are supplied to neighboring partners and exported globally.

From the first days of its establishment, OTIS company, led by a young and dynamic management team, has equipped the factory with automated machines and cutting-edge technologies from reputable suppliers. With a factory processing capacity of 28 tons of raw cashew nuts per day, the current output ranges from 8 to 9 tons of cashew kernels per day. The application of advanced equipment supports the company in developing an effective method for processing cashew nuts, contributing to improvements in both quality and quantity for the present and the near future.

The cashew kernels undergo a fumigation process lasting 7-10 days before being packed.
* For standard requests, the cashew kernels are tightly packed using a vacuum packing machine in two standard sizes of vacuum-sealed bags: 22.68kgs (50lbs) and 11.34kgs (25lbs).
=> 1 vacuum-sealed bag of 22.68kgs or 50 pounds (lbs) per carton
=> 2 vacuum-sealed bags of 11.34kgs or 25 pounds (lbs) per carton
* For special requests, the cashew kernels are packed in tins weighing 22kgs each, with 2 tins per carton. Occasionally, a plastic bag is placed inside the tin as a specific requirement before packing.
Subsequently, they are arranged in cartons and shipped to buyers in either 20FT or 40FT containers.
=> 15 tons per 20FT container
=> 2 vacuum-sealed bags of 11.34kgs or 25 pounds (lbs) per carton
* For special requests, the cashew kernels are packed in tins weighing 22kgs each, with 2 tins per carton. Occasionally, a plastic bag is placed inside the tin as a specific requirement before packing.
