Grain storage grain silos (also called grain storage bins) are the efficient and economical facilities to handle your grains, which offer protection from outside insects and other affects as well as provide handling management conveniently.

Conveyors are the powerful handling equipment that continuous transport heavy or bulky grains and other materials to different locations. Three kinds of conveyors such as scraper conveyor machine, belt conveyor and screw conveyor are commonly applied in grain storage industry. The capacity is up to 420m³ /hr. They are designed in modular and tailored in different lengths to meet stored products handling requirements.

Drag conveyor (also called drag chain conveyor) is one of the commonly used material handing equipment for grain storage silos, it is a light enmasse conveyorwhich is widely applied for food or grain handling. The scraper conveyor machine is a continuous conveying transportation equipment with a rectangular cross-section connected with the moving chain. Drag chain conveyor is widely used to transport the particles and powdered material horizontally, it also can be used for transport obliquely and vertically.

The scraper conveyor machine does not produce dust and cause no environmental pollution because of the whole sealing of the closed trough, so it can improve the worker operating conditions and can’t cause food scatter when used in the outside. It is also free from weather conditions.Meanwhile, It is capable of executing both single point and multi-point feeding and discharging. In some conditions, it has some prominent advantages for the toxic, explosive, high temperature materials transportation. It can also be applied for flying material transportation to protect working conditions  and prevent environment pollution.

Installation can be carried out in different ways

*If the client wants to install 10ton-1500ton steel hopper bottom grain silos by themselves, we could offer detailed instruction, and we'll give our quickest response to deal with any question in the process.

 *We could also send our engineer to supervise the installation process. The client could find local workers for the installation work and our engineer will help them during the process.

*If the client needs, we could send our installation team for the whole installation issue.
