Q1. Can I have a free sample for the ceramic product?

A: We normally charge the open mold fee for $100,but after you placed the order we will refund your $100 sampling fees.

Q2. What about the sample lead time?

A: It usually takes about 10days,but in peak season it will takes longer about 15days.

Q3. Do you have any MOQ limit for  ceramic product order?

A:We can freely offer you a sample which are the samples that we are available at the moment. And our MOQ is 1000pcs  per designs per color.

Q4. How to proceed an order for  ceramic product?
