 Agriculture Biomass Wood Sawdust Airflow Pipe Dryer 

Drying is important before briquetting process. To get the superior quality of biomass briquettes with high density, it is necessary to control the moisture of material at 8-12% exactly. The selection of drying plant models depends on the original moisture content of raw materials.

Hot airflow type dryer:
A: Raw materials should be sawdust, suitable for drying the moisture20-50% Final moisture 8-12% .                          
B: Diameter of raw materials: <3mm & < 5mm.                    
C: Temperature of Hot Air: 180-250 °.                        
D: Working principle: The stoves (boilers) generate hot air, then through the fan to dry the materials.
E: This wood dryer reduces the moisture to 8-12% with the advantages of lower cost consumption and high efficiency.
F: The wood dryer is equipped one fuel boiler, inlet, steel pipe, exhaust blower (fan), cyclone. Wet materials are input into the hopper. The fuel boiler generates hot air which mixes with wet materials and then is sucked into the pipes by the exhaust blower (fan) quickly. And then hot air is flowing and going though the curving pipes and buffer (drying chamber) of dryer, thus wet materials is finished to dry, and the dried materials are expelled out by the exhaust blower (fan).

Double stove hot airflow type dryer:
This dryer is suitable for drying materials of moisture 30-60%. Wet material is input into the hopper. The dryer is equipped with two fuel boilers, inlet, steel pipe, exhaust blower (fan), air lock and cyclone. Wet materials are input into the hopper. The fuel boiler generates hot air which mixes with wet materials and then is sucked into the pipes by the exhaust blower (fan) quickly. And then hot air is flowing and going though the curving pipes and buffer (drying chamber) of dryer, thus wet materials is finished to dry, and the dried materials are discharged from the outlet with air lock. This wood dryer can reduces the moisture to 8-12% one time with the advantages of lower cost consumption and high efficiency.

How to make the charcoal briquette with using sawdust :

 1.Crush the raw material into small pieces (diameter is about 3-5mm).
 2. Dry the material by machine or dried it in the sun , till the moisture is less than 12%.
 3. Put the material into feed let of briquette machine.
 4.Produce the briquette stick from biomass material without any additive.
 5.Carbonized the briquette stick.
