Q1: What are your main products?
A: We are focusing on knitted fabrics. With an integrated industrial chain we supply all kinds of Dyed and Printed Jersey Fabrics, Hacci Fabrics, Rib Fabrics, Terry&Fleece Fabrics, Double knitted Fabrics, which can be made of Cotton, Polyester, Viscose, Modal, and other Eco-friendly materials.
Q2: How to get a sample?
A: Please contact our customer service and advise your detailed request, and we will prepare free hangers for you, freight collect. To get a customized labdip, strike off or a 50-meter-sample, we will charge corresponding cost.
Q3: Can you help to design my fabric?
A: Of course. We have our own designing and developing team and are willing to receive your sample fabrics or your ideas.
Q4: What is your MOQ/MCQ?
A: Low MOQ and MCQ for the stocks. For customized products the MOQ or MCQ is normally 3000 meters. You may contact our customer service for certain quantities basing on different products.
Q5: How long is your delivery time and how is the package?
A: The stocks can be delivered in a week. For a new product from sample approval till ETD it may takes 30-40 days. Products are usually rolled with paper tube inside, transparent plastic bag and weaving bag outside. Or you can have your own package styles.
Q6: What’s your payment terms?
A: T/T 30% deposit in advance, 70% payment against the copy of BL. It is negotiable, welcome to contact us.
