1. Can I charge my Alkaline or Zinc Carbon battery?
A: Don’t charge an alkaline or Zinc Carbon battery, they are not designed to be charged. If charged there is a high risk of leakage or explosion of the battery.
2. Do you offer OEM service? We wish to make the battery with our logo and brand.
A: Yeah, even tho we have registered our own brand in more than 40 countries with certificates required, we also do OEM for many world's leading companies.
3. What certificates do you have for your products?A
: As 90% of our customers export our batteries with their finished products, we have applied for all certificates required to enter the desired markets such as ISO14001, ISO9001, Directive 2013/56/eu, Directive [104-142], Reach (EC 1907/2006), MSDS, TPCH, Certification for Safe Transport of Chemical Goods, UL-WERCS, KC Certificate, GB/T 8897.1-2013 / GB/T 8897.2-2013 / GB/T 8897.5-2013, IEC International Standard, etc. And the application for India's BIS is also under way.
4. What is your payment terms?
A: Our brand:T/T 30% as deposit, and pay the balance before shipment; your brand: 50% advance, the rest before shipment.

A: The regular delivery time for samples and neutral packaging is 1-2 working days; bulk order will be completed within 5-7
working days after receipt of deposit and confirmation of artwork.
