Environment for Installation

The whole machine is designed according to the requirement of GMP.

l The environment temperature have to be controlled at 5℃~40℃

l The machine have to be installed inside and well control the environment temperature & humidity, no dangerous exploder nearby. The installation site have to be met the machine design requirement that is smooth & no incline            

l No strong electromagnetism disturb

l No noxious powder or smoke

Machine Functions

l Stepless speed change, capacity more than 60vials/min, voltage 220V 15A

l Automatic vial arranging/feeding, when vials reached each station, automatically Filling, Plug Inserting of which the successful rate is more than 99% and overcome the disease in vacuum upset suck the medicinal solution, Screw Capping and output, when no vials reached no any above action

l Machine stops when vials blocked and restores expediently. when adjust the Dosage in micro range, no need to stop the machine, dosage precision is more than 99%

l The Filling system is easy in cleaning and low in running cost

l It is suitable for filling 5mL/8mL/10mL/15mL/20mL if the Inner Plugs is the same of Caps and easy in changing devices & data set up & adjustment

l Overcome & avoid the shortage that stop machine because of some medicinal solution produce crystal or suspension etc. And meanwhile avoid the repeat contamination

It has the functions such as automatic vials arranging & detecting, fill with bottle or stop filling without bottle, automatic plugs/caps falling & screw capping, suitable to fill the abnormity bottles such as rotundity/flat/prism etc. with low filling measurement warp and suitable to many kinds of plugs & caps, so that it has the obvious advantage compared with this kind machines worldwide.

The total Rate of finished product is over 99%, including filling dosage precision, successful rate of inserting the inner plug and successful rate of screw capping
