1.Low speed powder filling production line for vials

This low-speed line is specially designed tor the requirement of low output and short-run production with reliable and stable production under the intermittent motion, the major machine parts procured from well know brand. adopt smart control system. The entire synchronized filling line in stable running. easier operation, low noise, no pollution to production environment; the designing and manufacturing are being in compliance with ISO standard, cGMP guideline, FDA'S CFR211.67a regulation, CE standard, Principle of Human Machine Engineering; oRABS, cRABS, Isolator system are possible to provide optionally. The container sizes applicable range from 5m1-50ml with maximum production speed of the whole line up to 120viels/min.

1.QCL30 Vial Automatic ultrasonic washing machine 

QCL series automatic washing machine consist of infeeding section, ultrasonic treatment section and final washing section, the containers are going through those sections for completion of the whole washing processing by Ultrasonic treatment, prewashing and final washing steps, the cleaning quality of the container washed meets any Pharmacopoeia and being able to validate.

2.MR600/3400 Sterilizing Tunnel machine

This equipment is applied for drying, sterilizing and depyrogenating of washed vials, ampoules and all other containers. The sterilization tunnel could be divided into three different sections (preheating, heating, and cooling). Either water or air cooling is applied in the cooling zone. Various selections of customizable mechanical & electrical devices satisfy every need of each customer. Most importantly, not only the working principal but also the choose of material satisfy with the cGMP standard.

3.FGZ2 Vial powder filling and stoppering machine

The core design of the powder filling machine is to use the combination of servo motor and updated auger, which ensures the accuracy of the filling dosage. With the exact amount of powder filled in, rubber stopper will then be automatically sealed on top of each vial.
