Q1. Can I order different models to be one container?
A: Surely, different models can be fixed into one container.
Q2. What are your terms of payment?
A: T/T 40% as deposit, and 60% before delivery. Photos of the products and packages will be sent to you before you pay the balance.
Q3. Do you have products in stock?
A: Mostly no. All products are to be produced according to your order including samples.
Q4. How about your delivery time?
A: Generally, it takes 10 to 20 days to finish an order. Exact delivery time would be confirmed by further communication.
Q5. Can you produce according to the samples?
A: Yes, we can also produce according to technical drawing.
Q6. What is your sample policy?
A: We can supply the sample if we have ready parts in stock, but the customers have to pay courier cost.
Q7. Do you test all your goods before delivery?
A: Yes, 100% test before delivery is necessary to us.
Q8: What are your terms of packing?
A: Generally, we packing with wooden box for lcl, iron shelf for fcl. We can also pack as your requirement.
