ISD-168 High Quality Steel Cold Pipe Tube Cutting Beveling Chamfering Machines
APPLICATION
Design based on ergonomics, adopt the lastest technology and best material to manufacture.Suitable for pipe beveling before welding materials cover common steel, stainless steel, Nonferrous metal, hard-plastic, etc. Widely used in power plant, shipyard, pertroleum and chemical industry, deal with pipe construction, upkeep and maintenance work. Through constant improvement, the products not only can replace traditional beveling mode by gas cutting and polishing, enhance work efficiency, reduce labor intensity, but also can improve welding quality.
FUNCTION
The installation is simple and convenient, groove assignment is fast. It is applicable to various kinds of materials processing, and available to a wide range of pipe diameter. As it adopts mechnical cutting groove method, it can keep the mechinical properties of material quality well. And it also could do flat-end, V, X, U shape beveling to the pipe. Thus, it could meet with all the requirements for butt welding.
