1. Do you design by your own team ?
Yes. Every craft kit is designed, produced by our factory. And we're responsible for weight, package, and shipping.
2. Do you accept Customize Craft Order?
Yes. We accept it ! Before mass produce, we are glad to make a sample for you to confirm. We will charge you basic cost price, but do not worry, when you make mass orders in the future, we will minus the sample cost for you.
3. Do you ship orders quickly?
Most of the orders are shipped within 2 working days after full payment. Some big packages may need extra days because we always double check each unit before shipment. We will keep in touch with you for the delivery date.
4. What kind of Shipping Methods do you offer ?
For package less than 2KG, we usually use China Post international air mail parcel; for packages more than 2KG, we will ship by express. You may have us ship by DHL / UPS / TNT / FedEx, however we might charge you extra shipping cost according to your order weight and location. For huge orders, ocean cargo service is available. Please do not hesitate to contact us for the details.
5. Do you accept Returns ?
We accept returns and exchanges. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery, ship items back within 14 days of delivery. However, because of the nature of some products, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we can not accept returns for custom or personalized orders. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the customer is responsible for any loss in value.
6. How to deal with the Customs ?
Please understand that you might need to pay for import tax / duty to your local Customs when your order arrives. Please make sure that you are clear about your import tax policy before placing order from us, under no circumstance will we be responsible for any Customs issue occurred. Please feel free to contact us if you have any questions.
7. About LOGO Stickers.
We are so glad to help you put your LOGO on the package and instructions. Our graphic designer will help on the LOGO issue. If your quantity is enough, we will do the LOGO Stickers free of charge for you.
