Machine working theory for Horizontal Full-automatic Stand-pouch packing Line
The PLC control frequency converter's output, which can make motor drive transmission shaft rotate according to requirements, then the mechanical cams on the shaft will transform ROTATION MOTION to various LINERA MOTION, firstly fold the film roll to requested shape, then make bags by heat, and cut into sole bags, then mechanical hand will open bags, then fill into the liquid and heat-sealed for finishing process. All of the motions are Horizontal Motions.
