1) In discussion process, please provide accurate correct (rough opening / outer-frame)size. The rough opening size that wall to wall size, we will reserve space for installation. The outer-frame size that actual size for windows and doors;
2) Before production, we will provided design drawings for you check. We need to get the approve (Sign on) from you.
3) In after-sales service, we will positive cooperate you to finished installation that provide installation guide, picture, video
etc help to you.

Q: WHAT IS YOUR DELIVERY TIME?
Georgia: 30 days production time after confirm deposit and drawings; 7 days for testing and packing; The sea shipping time 15-45 days in different area. You will received items around 2 month.
Q: WHAT IS YOUR PAYMENT TERMS?
Georgia: 50% of total amount by T/T as deposit, and balance before shipment.
Q: WILL WE NEED TO INSTALL THE GLASS (ON-SITE GLAZING) OR DO YOUR WINDOW COME WITH THE GL ASS INSTALLED?
Georgia: We'll think about it in terms of the actual situation, ensure the glass will not be damaged during transportation.
