Product Description
Medical oxygen regulator is used for oxygen breathing in hospital or home and meant to be connected on high pressure medical gas cylinder to decrease the outlet pressure and supply a stable low pressure for use. The pressure gauge indicates the pressure level of the gas cylinder.

Our factory is located in Anqing city, Anhui province, China and covers an area of 160,000 square meters.

At present, our production capacity reaches 350,000 units per year, and it is scheduled to be doubled within one year. To secure and remain to be competitive on the market, we manufacture our entire products following the requirements of I S O 1 1 4 3 9, I S O 9 8 0 9, E C E R 1 1 0 and T P E D approval from TUV Germany. Quality Control
Our steel cylinders are produced from seamless steel tubes by applying advanced rotary forming(Hot Spinning) technologywith this technology we can gaurantee the cylinder length torlerance within 10mm.
Every cylinder we produced shall be Magnetic Test and Ultrasonic Inspection for 100% NDE check. Hydraulic and Airleakage Test are also 100% guaranteed.

R&D and patents
Anhui Clean Energy had lunched research and development program of Type-4(Plastic liner with carbon fiber full-wrapped) cylinders from 2013. With hard working of our technicians, by end of 2018 we had passed all the test procedures and became the first manufacturer of Type-4 cylinder in China.In 2019, we established the first modern standard 6S workshop for Type-4 cylinders among our competitors.At the same time, we have developed full technology of producing LPG composite cylinders in 2019 and 2020.
