1. Q: Can we have some samples?

A: Yes, we can provide 1-2 free sample for your checking but need to deliver by freight collect.

2. Q: How long can you send the samples out?

A: For some existing sample, we can send it out within 3 days, for some special color sample or items which we don't have sample stock, we need 5-7 working days for preparing.

3. Q: What's your lead time for mass production?

A: 30-40 days for production after we receive your deposit or original LC.

4. Q: Can you accept small order?

A: Yes, we can accept that orders, it is starting of business, but the price will be higher than normal order.

5. Q: Can we print logo on products?

A: Yes, just send us your logo design, And it will cost $0.03/pc.

6. Q: How does your factory control quality?

A: We have 8 people in QC department, they are in charge of different process to ensure goods in good quality to all of our customers.

7. Q: What about your payment terms?

A: T/T with 30% Deposit and 70% balance against the copy of the B/L or L/C at sight (for order amount more than 10.000usd)
