A: No, cold sheet is processed further in cold reduction mill,which increases sheet’s yield and tensile strength. And knife for slitting cold sheet cannot stand worse tolerance and surface finish of hot sheet.
2.Q:Slitter knife is not durable.
A:Change a better knife material and improve its heat treatment.

A: Burr free knife and shaft, give more control of concentricity,improve tolerance of ID.
