Q1:What is the delivery time?
A1:15 days for the standard stock color materil and 35 days for the customized material.It depends your detail requirements
Q2:what is your payment items?
A2:Generally 30%-50% deposit is workable and balance before delivery.And then we will ship them out to your countryIf you have any any idea,please don't hesitate to contact with us.
Q3:How much does it cost to ship to my country?
A3:It depends on which port need to ship to,and how many products would be shipped total.And also fee will be different in different seasons(we can offer to port or to door service both according to your requirements).
Q4:Can I get a free sample before ordering?
A4:We would like to provide sample before your ordering but not free.After your make order to us,we will reduce the sample fee from the order amounts .It is a good way to show the sincerity for both of us.
Q5:How to start with the order?
A5:Please advice the drawing and design idea with wall opening size,so our service team will guide you professionally.
Q6:How can you make sure we will receive the products with high quality?
A6: We have internal QC inspection. Also we can provide the finished products pictures and video before delivery. If necessary, we support third party inspection like SGS, BV, CCIC,etc .
Q7:What's loading quantity for full container?
A7: It depends on the wall opening you required.For example, if based on our standard size 2100*900*150mm20GP-120sets ; 40GP-280sets; 40HQ-400sets.
