2. How would you help me, I don't have hotel furniture solution experience?
- Our professional sales team and engineers will provide various customized hotel furniture solution after we discuss about your project plan and your budget etc.
3. Had you supplied to US hotels?
- Yes, we supplied a lot to Hilton, Marriott, Holiday inn, Hampton, IHG, Hyatt, Choice Hotel etc.
4.Do you have proper quality control ?
- As a reliable hotel furniture supplier, we have 6 workshop sections,each section have one experienced Q/C. The clear responsibility management system make sure every section quality is qualified.
5.What's your payment term?
- 50% T/T in advance, the balance should be paid before loading. L/C and OA 30 days, 60 days, or 90 days payment terms will be accepted after audited by our financial department.other payment term client required can be negotiable.
6.How about the packages?
- Assembled or knock-down packing. Packed in project packing with four layers(Soft foam rapping, Corner protectors, Hard Foam, Carton Box with proper shipping marks,more packing processing according to customer required).
7. What's your lead time ?
- Normally it will take 2 weeks for samples; mass orders take 5-7 weeks after deposit.it depends on your hotel furniture package.If your order involve hotel bedroom furniture, hotel lobby furniture, living room furniture,restaurant furniture and other public area furniture,it may take a little bit longer.
