LPG Series Spray Dryer
Making powder machine for Food/ Pharmacy/ Chemistry

LPG spray dryer is a wide applied process in liquid process shaping and drying industry. Particularly it is suitable for producing powder, granule or block solid product from solution, emulsion, suspending liquid and pumped paste liquid. Therefore when the distribution of granule size, final moisture, bulk density, granule shape of finished product must be conformed to accuracy standard, the spray drying is an ideal process.
Working Process:
After filtering and heating, the hot fresh air enter into the air distributor at the top of drying chamber, distributed in spiral way uniformly from up to down. At the same time, the feeding liquid is pumped to the top atomizer, then be sprayed to extremely fine mist liquid drop. Through the short time of direct contact with hot air, the moisture evaporated at once, the solid remains to be powder. The dry powder will be discharged continuously from the bottom of drying tower and cyclone collector, the exhaust air will be discharged after cleaning.
Application:
* Chemical Industry: sodium fluoride (K), basic dyes pigments, dyes intermediates, fertilizer, formaldehyde acid, catalyst, of sulfuric acid, amino acids, such as carbon black white.
* Plastic Resin: AB, ABS emulsion, urine-formaldehyde resins, phenol-formaldehyde resin, of plastic (urea) formaldehyde resins, polyethylene, polyvinyl chloride, etc..
* Food industry: the rich fat milk, Ga prion, cocoa, milk, milk substitute, hunting blood meal, eggs, Please (Yellow).
* Food and plants: oats, Jishi, coffee, instant tea, spices seasoning meat, protein, soybean, peanut protein, such as hydrolysate.
* Carbohydrates: corn pulp, corn starch, glucose, pectin, maltose, such as potassium sorbate.
* Ceramic: alumina, ceramic tile materials, magnesia, such as talc.

A: Around 20-60 days, delivery time varies by machine type.
| Q: Payment of terms |
A: Acceptable payment of terms: T/T, L/C, Cash after signing the contract, first deposit 30% of total as prepayment, and rest 70% after FAT but before shipment.
| Q: Quality assurance |
A:We guarantee that all machines are brand new and designed and manufactured with the user's approval; we guarantee that each machine shipped has a 15-month warranty, during which we will provide technicians for on-site debugging, or spare parts for machine failure free of charge. We guarantee to reply to the user's confusion within 24 hours after receiving the notice.

A:The surface of the machine is wrapped with plastic film first, and the outside is wrapped with plywood, and finally packed in the container.
| Q:What is the service when we order from you? |
A:First of all, we invite you to visit our factory to discuss the technology for users, choose the model and type of machine, and make feasible suggestions for each material. Secondly, we appreciate your visit to our factory to do FAT before delivery, if you are not satisfied, please give us your opinion and we will modify the machine. Lastly, we will send at least 1 experienced and responsible technician abroad to guide the commissioning and train the operators. If on-site commissioning is not needed, we provide video guidance.
| Q:What information do you need to select a model? |
A: We need to know the following information: What is the name of your material? What is the initial moisture percentage before drying? What is the percentage of residual moisture after drying? What is the heating temperature at which your material can be heated during the drying process? What is the heat source, steam, electricity, natural gas or other? The last important point is, what is the capacity before and after drying?
