First, you need a brush like this one, and it must be a natural bristle brush. The bristles should be hard (

bedtime, as this will leave you feeling energized and sleepy).
The brush should ahvays be directed in the direction of the heart for maximum benefit to the circulation

foot). Start 'vith the feet and gradually move to the legs，arms，chest，back and abdomen.

irritated), and you can decide how long to brushing according to your preference. The average
