AV-909 FIBER CARDING MACHINE
This machine is suitable for carding all kinds of fiber, such as microfiber and common polyester staple fiber. Microfiber specifications 0.9D-3D, common fiber: 5D-20D HCS. The opening rate of microfiber can reach more than 92%. Staple fibers are generally 99%, and their opening and yield may vary depending on the material. The machine adopts the arrangement mode of 1 large cylinder and 7 small cylinders, with high opening rate, low power consumption and high output.
