Toughened PC
Toughened PC is mainly divided into ordinary grade toughened PC and high fluidity toughened PC. 1. General-purpose toughened PG
It has good impact resistance, adjustable impact performance, low molding shrinkage, stable size, good weather resistance, high low-temperature impact, and sprayable, so it can be used in electronic and electrical products such as mobile phone shells, thin-walled products, and auto parts.
2. High liquidity toughened PG
It has the characteristics of good toughness, wide use temperature, sprayability, stress crack resistance, high injection yield, high flow, suitable for point-to-point injection molding, etc. It is mainly used for ultra-thin wall products, auto parts, etc.
Flame retardant PC
Flame-retardant polycarbonate has excellent mechanical properties, high heat distortion temperature, high dielectric strength, good electrical insulation, and good flame-retardant effect. So it can be widely used in high-end chargers, lamp holders, switch panels and other products.
The main features of flame-retardant PC materials: flame-retardant performance: reach UL94V0/1. 5mm; drop ball impact: pass 1.3m/500g steel ball free fall and impact; ultrasonic welding: welding can pass free drop test: environmental protection performance: reachable ROHS, halogen-free, Reach and other industry regulations: high heat resistance: heat distortion temperature (1. 82MPa/3. 20mm) reaches 127°C.
Glass fiber reinforced PC
The common glass fiber reinforced PC materials are PC+10% and PC+20%. The former is mainly used in mobile phone middle frames; the latter is mainly used in mobile phone middle frames, tablet computers, and non-steel inserts.
1. The characteristics of PC+10%GF material: excellent impact performance, good toughness; excellent heat resistance, not prone to thermal deformation; less surface floating fiber, uniform glass fiber distribution; good spraying performance, low injection failure rate, etc.
2. The characteristics of PC+20%GF material: good fluidity, high rigidity; less floating fiber, good chemical resistance; poor fuel injection rate.
