SOFTWARE SDLC FLOW


1. Plan & Requirement Analysis

* Our professional sales team and engineer team will work together to understand customers need and usage scenario
* Based on our understanding and a general function list we concluded and confirmed by both parties, a software quotation will be made.


2. Defining Requirements

* Once requirements are confirmed and approved by customer. Requirements will be generated into SRS (Software Requirement Specification) document which consists of all the product requirements to be designed and developed during the project life cycle.


3. Designing the Product Architecture

* SRS is the reference for product architects to come out with the best architecture for the product to be developed. Based on the requirements specified in SRS, engineers will build the software architecture


4. Developing the Software

* In the stage of development, Developers must follow the coding guidelines and programming tools like compilers, interpreters, debuggers, etc. are used to generate the code. Different high level programming languages such as C, C++, Pascal, Java and PHP are used for coding. The programming language is chosen with respect to the type of software being developed


5. Testing

* The testing activities are mostly involved in all the stages of SDLC. However, this stage refers to the testing only stage of the product where product defects are reported, tracked, fixed and retested, until the product reaches the quality standards


6. User Manual & Deployment

* A user manual will be generated for easier deployment of customer


7. Operation & Maintenance

* When Kiosk and Software is deployed at site, we will provide 6 months for maintenance to solve the software bug or optimize some functions


8. Support and Warranty

* Service includes:
* 1 Year after sales on-line support
* 3 months minor functions modification
* 1 times Cloud database maintenance
* 6 months software bug fixed warranty support
