3 Installation Instructions ( as shown in photo):

1. Choose a flat ground, make up the 6 pcs of light collector plates into a circle. Using M6x15mm round head screw to fix the 6 pcs of light collector plates together and tightening them. ( The second line of holes outside is used for fixing square pipe circle, please don't install screws in the second line of holes) Attention! You have to protect the reflective film during installation.

2. Fixing the square pipe circle to the light collector plates with M6x15mm screw. The square pipe circle and light collector plates should be fastened tightly with the screw.

3. Put the base on flat ground, put the drivepipe into screw hole of the center of the base and fasten it.

4. Loose the hex head screw of drivepipe, Put the slot hole side of cross insert to the drivepipe.

5. It needs two people to uplift the light collector plates and install them on the cross, using cotter to fix it. (Attention! Turn the side that has slider control

 device upwards.)

6. Insert one end that no hole of slider control,  the other end into slot hole of cross and fix it with M6x40mm screw.

7. Insert the bent pipe into the up holes of cross and fix it with M6x40mm screw, also support bar.

8. Install stove circle and the other end of support bar.

9. Make light collector plates to turn left and right, at the same time, adjust hand shank of drivepipe of base and make it suitable.

10. Put the solar cooker away from wind but does not affect daylighting, put the stone or heavy parts on the base, then assembly is finished.

4 precautions for use:

1. When use the solar cooker, put paperboard or plank on the stove circle to adjust panel, make focal spot in the center.

2. In the course use, every 5/10 minutes on a track adjustment. Making focal spot always on the bottom of the pan, and don't on people or any other inflammable goods.

3. Keep the reflective surface clean can increase of service life, also can avoid low efficiency. You can use soft cotton cloth to clean it or wash with water. Avoid By All Means

 hard thing or cleaner with particles, in case damage the reflective.

4. Put focal plane away from the sun and inflammable goods.

5. It should add lubricating oil regularly rotating part of the cooker, to make it convenient and flexible operation

6. It should be completed with reflective standby When the reflective is broken.
