Product Description
Ceramic braided packing includes Ceramic fiber rope are dense, high performance packing fabricated from ceramic fiber yarn braided around a core of ceramic fiber rope either to form a packing in Round or Square section of desired sizes & Length. It also contain reinforcement insert materials of either inconel wire or continuous fiberglass filament.
Round braid structure, medium density with enhanced tensile and abrasion-resisting strength. It is compressible and resilient; has characteristics of lightweight, low thermal conductivity, high temperature stability, low heat storage, thermal shock resistant, fire and flame proof, chemical resistant, compatible with most corrosive chemicals, commonly used acid and alkali (exceptions are hydrofluoric, phosphoric acids and concentrated alkalies).

Square braided rope is mainly used for sealing and heat insulation of industrial furnace door, and round braided rope is only required to support and heat insulation, and wrap and heat insulation of special pipe equipment.
