Q1: Are you a factory or trading company?
A1: We are a factory which has 16 year manufacturing experience in hardware products.
Q2: Do you provide ODM/OEM service?
A2: OEM / ODM is welcomed. We got a professional and creative R&D team, and customized colors are optional. From the concept to finished goods, we do all ( design, prototype reviewing, tooling and production ) in the factory.
Q3: Where is your factory located? How can I visit it?
A3: Our factory is located in Dongguan, Dongguan is the Closest city from Shenzhen and Guangzhou, Hongkong. 1 hour'driving from Guangzhou and Shenzhen. 1.5 hours flight from Hong Kong ( 1 hour by car+0.5 hour by boat ).
Q4: Is it possible to know how my products are going on without visiting your company?
A4: We will offer a detailed production schedule and send weekly reports with digital pictures and videos which show the machining progress.
Q5: How can I get the sample? What's the lead time?
A5: Normally in 7 days. But for model made, plus extra 10-15 days.
Q6: What's the lead time for mass production?
A6: 20-25 days after payment balanced, if urgent,we can have further talking.
Q7: How does your factory control product quality?
A7: ISO9001: 2008, ISO / TS16949 Certificated, independent quality control team with 16 inspectors in our factory. Third party certificated and factory audit accepted. Third party quality control accepted.
Q8: What about the payment terms?
A8: FOB shenzhen Port. 30% deposit by T / T, 70% before all shipment. We offer the photo, video or even Third Party to check.

A9:(1) You send us drawing or sample;
(2) We carry through project assessment;
(3) We give you a design;
(4) You think the design is ok;
(5) We make the sample and send it to you.
(6) You think the sample is good then place an order and pay us 30% deposit;
(7) We start to make the product;
(8) When the goods is done, we deliver it to Shengzhen Yiantian;
(9) You pay us the balance after you see the B/L Copy;
