SJ301 is a silicon-calcium type neutral sintered flux with an alkalinity of 1.0. The flux is gray round particles with a particle size of 2.0-0.28mm (10-60 mesh). For both AC and DC use, the welding wire is connected to the positive pole during DC. The arc combustion is stable, the slag removal is easy, and the welding seam is beautiful. Especially suitable for welding various types of environments. Short slag is formed during welding, and there is no slag flow phenomenon.

Match the appropriate welding wire (H08A, H08MnA, H08MnMoA). It can weld ordinary structural steel, boiler steel, pipeline steel, etc. It can be used for multi-pass welding, double-sided single-pass welding and multi-wire welding, especially suitable for welding pipelines of various diameters.
