Product Description
ABS granules
ABS plastic is synthesized from acrylonitrile, butadiene and styrene. Each monomer has different characteristics: acrylonitrile has high strength, thermal and chemical stability; Butadiene has the characteristics of toughness and impact resistance; Styrene is easy to process, high finish and high strength. In terms of morphology, ABS is an amorphous material. The polymerization of the three monomers resulted in a terpolymer with two phases, one a continuous phase of styrene-acrylonitrile and the other a dispersed phase of polybutadiene rubber.
