1. What’s the kind of your company?
—We are manufacturing, we have our own factory and cooperation forwarder. You choose us at ease.
2. What’s the packaging of the products?
—Plastic banding stretch film wrapped, easy loading and unloading with standard forklift truck or pallet jack.
3. What’s the MOQ I can order?
—Quantity is variable depend on the size. Usually is 1*20GP.
4. I couldn’t find the right model from the products list, is custom size available?
—We build products to your specifications.
5. What’s your lead time?
—2-3 weeks against formal order and deposit.
6. What’s the loading capacity of your products?
—In general, we have light duty (100~300kg) model, medium duty (400~800kg) model and
heavy duty (1000~1700kg) model available for your choice.
7. Are there samples of your products available?
—We can supply samples for reference.
8. Where the products can be seen?
—Our factory located in Xiamen, where our products processed, finished, packed.
9. How long can the products are used?
—3~10 years warranty in case that
a) Proper handling during operation, correctly forklift handling while stacking/un-stacking
b) Overloading is prohibited
c) Environment request –indoor, dry and not humid circumstance, do not contact with any cor-rosive chemical
material (for an plated and powder coated products, no limitation for hot dip galvanized)
