Hy-chrome Liner
Hy-chrome liner is made with a over 27% chrome lron inner slee-ve in a forged steel outershell. The bore hardness is 60 to 65 RC while the hull has high tensile strength of more than 90000 psi.All hy-chrome liner are manu-factured with an "Hp" lip in case of inner sleeve slippage.The ser-vice life of this liner is more than 800 hours under normal drilling conditions. Hy-chorme liners are made for superior performance under tough corrosive andabra-sive conditions.
Zirconia Liner
Zirconia liner(Zr03) combines the strength of a forged steel outer shell with the abrasionand corrosion resistance of ceramic innersleeve. Zirconia liner is desi-gned to adapt to deep oil reserv-oir,hard stratum and severe eart-hiness, offsore oil and natural gas exploitation. The service life of this type liner is over 4000 hours.
Compared with hy-chromeliner and Alumina liner,zirconia liner possesses better impact streng-th,higher hardnesswith wear resi-stance,stronger erosion resistan-ce,higher pressure resistance an-d finersurface finishes.
Chrome-plated Liner
Chrome-plated Liner is made from premium forged steel with chrome-coated core.Thechrome-plated liners have hardening cha-racteristics of 58 to 62 RC-hardness.
