Application:

The cold pad-batch dyeing process is a low-cost, high-efficiency, and less-polluting dyeing process that has been popularized in recent years.
Especially in today's increasingly prominent energy and pollution problems, its excellent craftsmanship and high quality are favored by the industry.
Its main process features are: good dyeing permeability, uniformity and reproducibility; low color difference, dye consumption and energy consumption;
high color fixing rate, color yield and color fastness. It is an excellent green production process. At the same time,
it has unique advantages in corduroy dyeing (to solve the exposed bottom), small batch and multi-variety production (to solve the difference in jigger vats).
It has been fully verified by production practice. Now, more and more users choose the cold pad-batch dyeing process. In some manufacturers,
the monthly output of a single cold-rolling mill has reached more than one million meters. The cold-batch dyeing process is no longer a mystery,
and is increasingly becoming a widely used conventional process.

The main advantages are:
1. Constant low tension center winding. The seam mark caused by winding is a very troublesome problem for cold dyeing.
Seam marks are serious, and consumption is serious. Especially for dense and thin fabrics, this problem is even more prominent.
Our equipment is equipped with a special constant low tension control system, and the winding tension can approach "zero".
The control of seam print has reached the best level in the current industry. The result of production practice is even better than imported equipment.
2. Precise liquid level control. Cold dyeing dye solution is exchanged quickly, and the liquid level maintenance requirement is high.
Many domestic cold dyeing equipment do not have automatic liquid level control. Relying on manual control is prone to quality problems.
In addition, some use two-point control, and the liquid supply pump is in continuous start and stop work, which seriously affects the service life.
Our proportional pump adopts frequency conversion speed regulation control, according to the different thickness of the fabric,
door width and vehicle speed, it is automatically controlled by the liquid level sensor
3. Cost-effective proportional liquid supply pump. For cold dyeing, the speed of the car is expected, and the dye exchange is fast, and the dye exchange is fast.
The ratio of dye and alkaline agent is accurate and the consistency is good. Our proportional pumps have large flow rates (greater than 1500 liters, hours)
and high precision. Most varieties can be produced at the highest speed. Some users have been producing for several years without any quality problems.
At present, some manufacturers are equipped with imported proportional pumps, which are expensive. Moreover, the imported pump is a diaphragm pump,
and the life of the membrane is only about one year. The maintenance cost is high and the cycle is long.
Several manufacturers have imported pump membranes that have broken down and switched to our pumps.
