The quality control

1.  Every packer need to check the product appearance. Using thread gauge checker to check the 

thread pitch of product. Each product need to check 2 times at least. And also need to check the lock

 and key whether matches. Like this check, packer need to take a lot of time. So, only our factory insists 

to do like this in China. We must promise each product that we offer the customers should be prefect

2.Packing workshop manager need to record the packing products everyday. Each packer have their 

own number. If there are something wrong in the packing, we can find who made the mistake easily.

3.From production to the end, each product need through to strict quality check, then we can send them 

to our customers. First check, all products need to quality check before production. Self check, during the 

production process, worker need to check the product by themselves. Tour check, every workshop has 

manger to periodic check an hour one time. Final, we need to final check before the delivery.

         The MOQ of the wheel nuts and bolts are 5000 pcs for per model per thread. The MOQ of wheel locks are 1000 sets for per model per thread. (one set=4 nuts/bolts+1 or 2 keys)

Q3. How about sample?

      If you need to test our quantity, the sample will be provided. Our sample is free, you only need to pay the freight.

Q4. How long about the delivery?

         No matter how large quantity do you need, we can promise you the delivery time is 60 days after we receive your confirmation order.

Q5. What's your terms of payment?

          30% T/T prepayment, 70% blance before shipment.

Q6. How long about warranty?

         1 year.
