FAQ


1. How long will I get the machines?
Usually, for sample order it takes 10-12 days after receiving your payment. for order above 100 piece, it need 30 days after receiving your payment. if OEM packing, it will add 15 days after confirm all the detail.


2. what's your MOQ?
The minimum quantity is not requested at the beginning.
We strongly recommend you to take sample order test first.


3. What is the warranty period?
The warranty is one year after shipment.
During warranty, we will offer you parts for replacement under normal operation.


4. What is the technical support I can get?
we provide Complete operation manuals with every machine.
For technical questions or problem, we offer communicate by email and video,
if necessary, we will go to office to do some training.


5. How to know the machine suitable for counting our currency?
Before you place order, we suggest you to communicate with us first, different currency inside instruction is also different.


6. What's your payment requirement?
We required 30% TT deposit, balance before dispatch.


7. Do you offer free spare parts along with order?
