Working principle of tubular centrifuge

The motor of tubular centrifuge transmits power to the passive wheel through the belt tensioning wheel, so that the drum rotates at high speed around its axis, forming a powerful centrifugal force field. The material is shot into the drum by the liquid inlet at the bottom, the centrifugal force forces the liquid to flow upward along the inner wall of the drum, the liquid phase with high density forms an outer ring, the liquid phase with low density forms an inner ring, and flows to the upper part of the drum to discharge the liquid outlet, the trace solid deposit on the drum wall, to be manually discharged after the shutdown.
