Q: What's your Minimum Order Quantity?
A: The MOQ is 1 pc for stock items, 100 pcs for adding logo on the items in stock, 500 pcs for customized items per color /size.
Q: Can I put my design logo on the items?
A: Sure, we can print your logo on our designs or any items.
We can print the logo by Heat transfer stamping, Silicon printing, Rubber printing, Embroidery, Jacquard, Sewing, Washing label,etc. Just need to send us the logo in vector AI file.
Q: Do you make OEM and ODM ? Do you have designers?
A: Yes. We do the OEM and ODM service.Our design team can make the design according to your idea for free.
Q: What's your sample policy?
A: We provide free sample if your items are in stock and no customization requirements. But for custom products we will charge some custom sample fee, and the custom sample fee is refundable, which means we will return it to you, if your bulk order meet 1000 pcs .
Q: What is your delivery time?
A: Depending on the quantity and shipping method. Normally, 3-5 work days for items in stock, 10-20 days for adding logo on the items in stock , 25-30 days for customized items such as custom size , color and material, etc.
