Product Description
TPU: Thermoplastic Polyurethane Elastomer
TPU series products are the polymer materials which formed by the polymerization reaction among macromolecular polyol and chain extender. They can be divided into 2 types according to the molecular structure, the polyester series and the polyether series . Products made of TPU series have the advantages of excellent high tensile strength, toughness and ageing resistance. They have the characteristics of high strength, good toughness, abrasion resistance, cold resistance, oil resistance, water resistance, ageing resistance, weather resistance that are unrivaled.
Widely Used
Elastollan® 1185A is specifically formulated for extruded profile, sheet and film applications. It exhibits excellent abrasion
resistance, toughness, transparency, very good low temperature flexibility, hydrolytic stability and fungus resistance. It has
excellent damping characteristics and outstanding resistance to tear propagation. Elastollan® 1185A10 is rated UL-94 HB in vertical flame test for wall thickness of 1.5 mm. Elastollan® 1185A also has NSF Standard 61 "Water Contact Material" certification. Elastollan® 1185A is supplied uncolored in diced or pelletized form.

2.Storage:
The resin should be stored in a drafty, dry warehouse and away from fire and direct sunlight. It should not be piled up in the
open air.
3.Transportation:
During transportation, the product should not be exposed to strong sunlight or rain and should not be transported together with sand, soil, scrap metal, coal or glass. Transportation together with toxic, corrosive and flammable substance is strictly prohibited.
