1) Are you a manufacturer or a trading company?
- We are a manufacturer and have our own factory.
2) Do you accept OEM&ODM and small orders?
-Yes, both OEM and ODM are supported, and non-disclosure agreements should be signed when needed. Small orders will be accepted according to your product details.
3) How many days does it take for samples and bulk commodities?
-The sampling time is about 3-6 days, and the samples will be sent by express and arrive with in 5-7 days. If the goods are about 5000 pieces, the delivery time is about 20 days. As different products have different delivery times, please tell us what products and quantities you need. We will estimate the delivery time for you accordingly.
4) Can the logo or company name be customized on the product or packaging?
-Yes it is . When the quantity reaches a certain quantity, add a free logo.
5) How do you ensure quality?
-Before mass production, we will reconfirm the design details and product requirements with you. During and after production, we will send samples to you for quality approval. Quality inspectors with many years of work experience will spot check the product quality,and we will check at least 3 times before shipment. We will show you the QA details through pictures and videos.
