Q:How to deal with the quality problem?

Depends on customer,return back or supplement on next shipment;

Q:Customize products, New mold needed,who pay for the mold fee?

1.Prepaid 50% by customer,50% by Hawood.After stable and volumne order,Hawood return back 50% to customer;

2. We will not offer Customize products to other customer,protect for customer’s property rights;
