Buckwheat dehulling & separating equipment is a patented product of our company and is the independent intellectual property of Lung Yeuk company. and also it is the most widely used with better dehulling result in the world. During the dehulling process, the Sacha Inchi kernel-shell can be separated automatically at the same time, and meanwhile sort out the brokens from kernels. It adopts dry method dehulling process, no preheating to buckwheat required beforehand. It feature easy operation, high persentage of kernels recovery, high persentage of whole kernels and perfect kernel-shell separation works.

This buckwheat dehusking machine is the most widely used with better dehulling result in the world. The whole processing line can achieve many functions, such as cleaning, grading, dehulling,, separating, re-hulling, re-separating, etc. Buckwheat processing takes two steps: first, sorting seeds to 6-7 grades (according to size); second, shelling and separating seeds and shell automatically, and meanwhile sort out the brokens from kernels. The sheller applies disc hulling technique which can be adjusted for processing different sizes of buckwheat, it adopts the combination of dynamic friction and collision improves the efficiency of shelling and reduces the crushing rate; the unhulled seeds can be automatically returned to the sheller for shelling again, improve the shelling rate and reduce the working cost.
