Our range has been specifically developed for professional mixing and with the clear goal of enhancing without overpowering the flavor of the spirits they are paired with. This is our premise and our main focus from a technical point of view and for this reason our products have a more delicate taste than the rest of our competitors. Tastewise, this is our main difference.
Also, they are high quality mixers but the fact that the taste is more delicate and smooth makes them great soft drinks on their own, so even though our primary use is as mixers and the references were created having the barman's ability in mind, we have an important secondary market in coffee shops, restaurants and shops as soft drinks.

Cocktails
RUM COOLER
In a tall tumbler, place a teaspoon of white sugar and 6cl of sparkling water. Mix thoroughly with a bar spoon and fill with cube dice. Add 6cl of white Rum and top with J.Gasco Ginger Ale. Garnish with an orange peel spiral.
GASCO SPICY
In a tall glass, grind half a lime (sliced), a lemon wedge, 1 cardamom seed and half a chili pepper. Add 5cl of dark Rum and mix carefully. Top with J.Gasco Ginger Ale. Decorate with an orange peel and 2 cardamom pods.
