About the production line:
This production line is mainly used to produce natural rubber and butyl rubber bicycle, motorcycle, and car inner tubes.
There are two kinds of production line. One is equipped with automatic hole punching and valve fixing device. The another one is non-automatic hole punching and valve fixing device.
Structure features:
This line is mainly composed of cooling shrinkage dry, sensor length measurement and cutting device, automatic hole punching and valve fixing device, both inside and outside release agent powder spraying device and pick-up, formed a complete automation for the production of tube.
