2. Brief introduction

1. Machine main function

1.1 It adopt mechanical transmission and stable working.

1.2 It’s easy operation with circulatory and adjustable working mode.

1.3 It adopt Taiwan ballscrew and KND K2000 CNC system to realize longitudinal, horizontal and rotary numerical control.

2. Machine structure specification

It consist of upper bed, under bed, under slider, upper slider, worktable, high precision worm gear, RAM, carriage, electrical system, lubrication system, cooling system, KND system and protection.

2.1 Upper bed, under bed, under slider, upper slider, worktable, RAM and carriage are HT200 casting with tempering and shot peening.

2.2 Under slider and upper slider adopt inblock casting. Servo motor directly install on the upper slider to control upper slider and high precision worm gear ±15’’.

2.3 The components of the machine adopt domestic brand.

2.4 The plunger pump is made by our own factory.

2.5 Electrical system adopt Jiuchuan, Omron and Schneider products. Main motor and assistant motor adopt Zhejiang Bojia motor. Electrical equipment adopt 24V low pressure electric that ensure operators safety. The input signal of numerical control part is 24V.

2.6 KND system, speed regulation and fault alarm function.

2.7 Lubrication system adopt domestic famous brand. Lubricant space and quantity can slove the lubrication through upper bed oil sump.

2.8 It’s equipped with left, right, front and back protection device.

2.9 Control system adopt manual remote control, it make the longitudinal and horizontal guide rail moving smoothly.
