1.How do I examine the product after delivery?

1)Check to determine if there is any collision damage on the surface paint and if the roll surface is rusty.If the above situations occur,please contact us immediately.

2)Connect the power supply,and ensure the machine operate correctly.

2.Transportation information of products

Customers can track the shipping progress of the products with information from the B/L.We will also keep track of shipping until customers have received the product.

Warranty period and replacing spare parts

1) Within the warranty period,we will offer spare parts for damaged parts that have not been damaged due to incorrect operation.The warranty period is 12 months from the date of the B/L.

2) Outside of the warranty period,replacement parts for electrical components are available in your local area as they are all sourced from international known brands.Customers can also contact us and we will offer spare parts at cost.We will also assist you in purchasing options in your local area in order to solve problem as quickly as possible.

3) If you need us to perform on site service,we will send a technician,and you will be in charge of the costs of transportation,accommodations and salaries.

3.Condition for returns and refunds

If the machine does not match your requirements as set according to the contract,and still doesn’t meet your requirement even after improvements,you can choose a sales return and refund.
