It is made from Coque neck hackle feather.We hand sewn onto a cord.The effect becomes a fringe of feathers.This is perfect for sewing onto hems when the effect you wish to achieve is for a long, flat feather look.

We bleached the feathers into Beautiful Pure White color!
We can also dye any colors as per your requests.
