*Introduction:
Impact test gap broach points V type and U, depth of 2 mm, 3 mm, 5 mm. This broach for import W18Cr4V material, hardness is HRC55 ~ 65, high hardness, good wear resistance, each broach can be processed sample more than 20000 (material hardness acuities HRC40).
This broach a total of 54 tooth (depth 5 mm gap broach for 74 a tooth), and the last four for plastic tooth, each tooth difference of 4 wire, high precision, the processing sample is far superior to the provisions of national standard.
