FAQ
What would be the min. And max. Lifetime of the production lines and do they have examples from the past?
at least 10 years. Some Client for Kenya brought 12 sets machine in 2010, including semi- automatic shelling machine, and other single machines. Except for supply of spare parts with the initial shipment, there were only extra 2 shipments by DHL for spare parts during their usage till now.
What package can be provide, e.g. besides the sole equipment supply also things like installation/supervision, staff training, service & maintenance?
We shall send two-three technicians to the site to provide guidance on installation and debugging and the training of operators. The technicians’ round-trip air tickets, visa application fees and personal insurance are paid by the customer. Besides, the customer should provide free accommodation for the technicians while they are abroad. The customer should pay each technician 100usd/day.
What is the spare part supply and how long will spare parts be available? Would a supply of parts that have a higher wear & tear (according to their experience) be possible already with the initial shipment?
Lead time of spare parts: 7-15 days
