The working principle

.   The machine uses vertical, vibration, and extrusion principle to make dry hard concrete, cement soil material molding. The vertical vibration is convenient for increaseing motility, be helpful for component gas emissions, extrusion make component high density,good anti-freeze and seepage control performance .

Besides,the machine use parallel bars type balance guidance device to make the pressure head in a state of balance operation. Pressure head always keeps a horizontal position, make component end face smooth and perpendicular to the surface axis
