1. Q: Are you a factory or a trading company?

   A: We are industrial and training company whom specialize in producing all kinds of sports balls for more than 11 years with goods quality and reasonable price.

2. Q: What is your MOQ ?

   A: Usually our MOQ is 3000pcs.

        But we accept lower quantity for your trial order. Please feel free to tell us how many pieces you need, we will calculate the cost correspondingly.

3. Q: Can we do printing on all products?

  A: Yes, you can. We have four printing are: silk screen printing/heat transfer printing/embossed printing/digital printing.

4. Q: Can I get samples?

   A: Sure. We usually provide existing sample for free. But a little sample charge for custom designs.          Sample charge is refundable when order is up to certain quantity. We usually send samples by FEDEX,UPS,TNT or DHL.

If you have carrier account, it will be fine to ship with your account, if not, you can pay the freight charge to our PayPal, we will ship with our account. It takes about 3-5 days to reach.

5. Q: How long is the sample lead time?

   A: For existing samples, it takes 2-3 days. They are free. If you want your own design, it takes 6 to 10 days, subject to your designs whether they need new printing screen, etc. Anyway, we will response fast to your request.

6. Q: How long is the production lead time?

   A: It takes 20-30 days for MOQ. We have large production capacity, which can ensure fast delivery time even for large quantity.

7. Q: How many colors are available?

   A: We match colors with Pantone Matching System. So you can just tell us the pantone color code you need. We will match the colors. Or we will recommend some popular colors to you.

8. Q: What is your payment term?

   A: T/T, Irrevocable L/C at sight, PayPal, Western Union,Alibaba Trade Assurance Order.
